2. Product Information
We strive to display product colours, fabrics and designs as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, photography and screen settings, slight colour variations may occur.

3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Amahira reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
4. Orders
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Incorrect pricing
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors
5. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions and website content belongs exclusively to Amahira and may not be copied without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Amahira shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
