Return & Refund Policy

At Amahira, we are committed to providing you with the finest ethnic wear. We understand that sometimes a product may not work out for you, and we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or altered garments.

  • Accessories (jewelry, bindis, etc.) for hygiene reasons.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.


2. The Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our support team at Contact@amahira.com or via our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Pick-Up: We will arrange a reverse pick-up from your shipping address. Please ensure the packet is ready with the original invoice.

  3. Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it for quality and original condition.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.

  • Refund Method: The money will either be deposited into your Amahira Wallet or refunded to the original mode of payment, depending on your preference.

  • Processing Time: While we initiate it immediately upon approval, bank processing times may vary (typically 2-4 working days).


4. Exchanges

We do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or pattern, please follow the return process for the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
